TVR Consulting Services LLC Employee Referral Program gives our company the opportunity to hire quality candidates through referrals from our own employees. We reward those who give successful referrals through a cash bonus after an agreed-upon period of satisfactory employment of the referred candidate.
The Employee Referral Program is open to all employees except those whose primary function is marketing, recruiting, human resources, or management.
An Employee Referral Form is attached on this website page and/or may be obtained from the Office of Human Resources. Fill out the form, sign it, and have the referred party sign it. The applicants you refer must have this form attached to the resumes or applications they submit to TVR Consulting Services LLC. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to TVR Consulting Services LLC who already works at TVR Consulting Services LLC or who has worked for the company within the last twelve months.
You will receive a referral bonus for any TVR Consulting Services LLC. billable employee that was referred by you. The bonus will be paid as long as you and your referral are both considered “active” at work for TVR Consulting Services LLC.You must notify the TVR Consulting Services LLC Account Manager that the potential new employee is your referral before they start work with us. The Employee Referral Bonus for the aforementioned positions on this Careers page is up to $500 and is dependent on the seniority of the position listed.
Payments will be made in US dollars and paid to the referring employee once Payroll has been notified by the appropriate Account Executive. MN will be taken out of this amount and reported on the employee’s Form W-2 at year-end.

• Analyze new or existing software products while evangelizing and applying the best practices of software development. • Responsibilities include the ability to work independently and as part of the leadership group of a larger team to deliver quality solutions across all phases and layers of the software lifecycle. • Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language using JAVA/J2EE • Java development experience with, designing, developing, and maintaining multi-tier internet facing web applications using Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle, and proper test automation frameworks in a fast-paced Scrum environment. • Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. • Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM and SDLC environment. • Good knowledge in Java and Spring Boot framework • Solid technical background in crafting and developing enterprise digital applications with MVC design pattern, micro front-end strategy, and open micro service architectures • Using Angular analyze, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new functional user interfaces. • Using Angular will design, develop, and test experimental application work to test new ideas with bounded cost and time frames. • Primary functions include to define and adhere to data standards, implement quality control, curation, and conditioning of data, develop data pipelines for integrations between core systems • Experience with Angular/Template Forms, Dependency Injection, Directives • Experience creating Reusable components using @Input and @Output Decorators • Experience handling Data and HTTP Requests • Excellent AWS development experience • Experience utilizing APIs following industry best practices. • Familiarity with ANGULAR operators (map, switchmap, of, subjects, observables, etc.) • Participates in the change management and service ticket management processes, including receiving, resolution monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Leads projects when needed and builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered. • Demonstrable experience with building digital restful APIs (GraphQL is a plus) • Deep understanding and experience of version control system management using various Git workflows. • Demonstrable experience in DevOps standard processes and tools like Jenkins or Jenkins Core, and Git/GitHub • Solid knowledge of cloud solutions, serverless architecture, containerization strategies • Demonstrable experience in container and cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, as well as secure application development. • Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of more complex problems • Application build, deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools Jenkins, Maven, deploy, etc. • Consult Team leader, self-starter, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn and teach others every day • Understanding of docker, cloud-computing/cloud services platforms (e.g., AWS or azure) will be a plus. • Train subordinates in programming and program coding. • Train users on the use and function of computer program using JAVA/J2EE • Able to develop rapport and positive relationships to work as a team member and willing to work independently when required. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
